- Product used / washed / damaged by customer
- Missing original tags, labels or packaging
- Missing accessories like charms/straps
- Return not requested within timeline
- No valid unboxing video provided

- If eligible, customer may choose product replacement instead of refund
- Replacement depends on stock availability
- If unavailable, refund will be issued
