  • Refunds apply only to approved return cases as per our Return Policy.
  • Refund is processed after quality check of the returned product.
  • Return courier charges are paid by the customer & non-refundable.
  • Handmade & custom handcrafted items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Bank/Wallet reflection time may vary by provider

  • Product used / washed / damaged by customer
  • Missing original tags, labels or packaging
  • Missing accessories like charms/straps
  • Return not requested within timeline
  • No valid unboxing video provided
🔁 Replacement Option
  • If eligible, customer may choose product replacement instead of refund
  • Replacement depends on stock availability
  • If unavailable, refund will be issued

  • COD + additional charges are non-refundable
  • Discounts/vouchers used will not be refunded in cash
  • Partial return = refund only for returned item(s)
