Handmade handbags for women, crafted with care & checked with love.

📌 Note: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Because our bags are handmade, custom-ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.
🎥 Unboxing Video Required: Please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel until the product is fully shown to validate any claim.

  • Must request return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return approval required from support team.

  • Wrong product received ❌
  • Major manufacturing defect 🛠️
  • Product damaged beyond repair 💔

❌ Not Eligible
  • Loose bead/tassel/minor thread issue (handmade variation)
  • Slight color difference due to lighting/device
  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Return raised after 48 hours
  • No valid unboxing video
🚚 Return Shipping
  • 📦 Return courier charges to be paid by customer
  • Must use tracked shipping & share tracking details
🔁 Return Process
  • Raise request within 48 hrs → Send:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing Video
    • Clear Images
  • Support verifies → Provides approval
  • Customer ships back unused product with:
    • Tags/labels
    • Original packaging
    • Accessories included
  • Inspection → Refund/Replacement as per Refund Policy

  • Allowed only before packing/shipment
  • No cancellation after Tracking ID is generated
